Associate UX Designer — Government Technology Agency
February 2021 - Present

Currently, I am leading the effort to conceptualise the Singapore Government Developer Console to improve the developer experience. I help to uncover any gaps in processes and pain points faced by existing users through research, research findings will then be synthesized and review with stakeholders. I collaborate closely with internal design and development teams including developers, product managers and designers.

Aside from the developer console, I helped to redesign the cloud management portal of Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) from the ground up as part of GCC 2.0 and also a member of the development team maintaining the Singapore Government Developer Portal. I also contribute to the Singapore Government Design System from time to time.

UX Designer — Cognizant Technology Solution Singapore
October 2019 - February 2021

I conducted research and help to design an insurance brokerage platform for my client on web and mobile. The platform was successfully launched across the APAC region including Thailand, Indonesia, and Hong Kong.

I also worked on projects with National Heritage Board (NHB) and Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Contract Designer — Printxsg Pte Ltd
December 2018 - June 2019

Worked closely with the founders to design, develop and launch their website. My responsibilities also include creating all marketing material from digital to print.

I helped to design the company s website and product through conducting user research, usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and benchmarking analyses

Provided creative direction to the company.
